When you submit a form on this site — an appraisal request or a market-report download — we collect the details you provide: your name and email, and your phone number if you choose to give it. We may also receive standard technical information (such as browser type and general location) through routine website analytics.
Why we collect it
- To send you the material you requested, such as the property market report.
- To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss selling or buying your property.
- To send occasional Greater Shepparton market updates — you can unsubscribe at any time.
How your information is handled
Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers them to us by email; we then store your details in our own systems to follow up. We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary to provide our services (for example, with the Area Specialist network or a conveyancer involved in a transaction) or where required by law.
Your choices
